BB Gun Shooting

"The Placer County Sheriff's Office is asking for community assistance in identifying a suspect in a BB gun shooting at the No Kings protest at the intersection of Bell Road and Hwy. 49 on Saturday, March 28th. Callers began to contact PCSO about several injured parties that had been struck by BB gun projectiles starting at 1:20 PM, believed to have been fired by a suspect in a passing vehicle. Zen Martial Arts Teft

In the early morning hours on 03/28/26, an unknown subject broke into Zen Martial Arts located at 4819 J Street and removed a sword, which was considered a family heirloom. Anyone with information on the suspect or the whereabouts of the stolen item is asked to contact Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers.

Theft from Vehicle/Credit Card Fraud
March 23, 2026

On 01-20-2026, an unknown suspect entered the victim's unlocked car in Loomis, stole her wallet, then subsequently used a stolen card at the Bass Pro in Rocklin to purchase Ray Ban sunglasses and associated 
eye care equipment. He returned later in the day and attempted to purchase additional items, but the transaction was declined.

Homicide - Oliverhurst
March 23, 2026


HOMICIDE SUSPECTS
On 3/20/2026 at 1918 hrs, Yuba County Sheriff's Office responded to Sixth Ave in Olivehurst for a shooting. The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died.
The pictured subjects are wanted in connection with the homicide.
Adrian Vega and Namee Najara were identified as shooting the victim.
During the incident , in an apparent attempt to intimidate the victim and other involved individuals , Jesus Vega Jr. fired a handgun into 
the air. 
The suspects fled in the pictured BMW.
DO NOT approach suspects as all involved firearms are outstanding.

Tire Theft Suspects
March 12, 2026

The above vehicle and trailer were involved in two separate box truck tire thefts on Sunday, 2/15/26 and Monday, 3/2/26 at 3783 Channel Drive, West Sacramento. The suspects used battery operated power tools to remove 14 tires off large box trucks parked in the lots (approx $22,000 value).

PLACER HOMICIDE OF ERICA WRIGHT CS 22-028
March 09, 2026

Placer County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman was found dead inside a home early Wednesday morning, April 20, 2022.

Deputies responded to a 911 call shortly after midnight at a home on Livoti Avenue in Roseville, the sheriff's office said.

When deputies entered the home, they found the body of 41-year-old as Erica Marie Wright.  The death has been ruled a homicide.

Best Buy Folsom

On 1/22/2026 and 1/26/2026, the male suspect in the photographs, entered Best Buy (Folsom, CA) and stole several Bose and JBL Bluetooth portable speakers.  On both occasions, the suspect was dressed similarly, wearing a jacket, shorts and black shoes.

Dollar Tree - Folsom

On 02/16/2026, at approximately 1451 hours, a shoplifting incident occurred at Dollar Tree on East Bidwell Street in Folsom. The pictured suspects stole approximately $200.00 in food and merchandise.  This was the third time in the last week that the two suspects shoplifted from Dollar Tree locations in Folsom.
The associated suspect vehicle was a maroon 1999 Nissan Pathfinder (CA 4EEK171).

Sheriff Impersonator
February 12, 2026

The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office is warning residents about a recent incident in which a woman was pulled over by an apparent law-enforcement impersonator.
She had a vehicle, which was described as kind of a black and white SUV, come up behind her.  It had red and blue lights in the dashboard.  And so, she thought that she was legitimately being pulled over.
The Sheriff's Office says the alleged impersonator then tried to reach through the pulled-over vehicle's window, forcing the driver to use bear spray to get away.
